Open water swimming lessons from Coach Denis Crean are 1 hour minimum at $125/hr. You may
purchase  a three lesson package for $360. Lessons are conducted at a private lake in Reston, Va
or at National Harbor prior to a weekly swim. Lessons can be scheduled at Sandy Point, Md until
June 30 for an additional charge.

Training plans are available for monthly training, with a two month minimum. Plans include an
initial assessment, 3-
6 emailed custom workouts per week, nutrition and race strategy planning.
Individual lessons and video analysis can be added
. Plans shall be priced according to your needs.

You will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating in any open water swimming
event/lesson.

our website for schedule and weather updates particularly prior to event date. Cancellations due to weather
shall be determined in the best interest of the swimmers and
no refunds will be given for weather
cancellations. All swimmers swim at their own risk. Risks may include potential injury and death. Be safe.
Prices and event times subject to change without notice.  
No refunds or transfers. Park, parking and
entrance fees are not included in the swim/clinic or event fee.

Cost per person is $40 each for online registration. On site
waterside registration is $45. Arrive early for check in,
numbering and preparation.

2015 Clinics and Practice Swims
Clinic and practice swim format:

Choice of an open swim or attend the
Fundamentals of Open Water Swimming
and Racing clinic followed by a practice
swim. A 250-400 meter course will be fully
kayak and lifeguard  supported. Perfect for
triathletes with upcoming races. Clinic will
include Fundamentals of Open Water
Racing including cold water acclimation
secrets, racing starts, sighting and strategy.
