Swimming Stroke Instruction & Training for Adults
at The Lab School of Washington
We welcome all triathletes, beginner, and intermediate swimmers .
Learn better aquatic body balance, easier breathing, and training strategies top
athletes use to develop speed and endurance in open water swimming.
Our pool programs focus on open water swimming techniques and skills, race-day
physical and mental preparedness, water safety and strategies for fitness and open
water racing. Our success can be attributed to our ability to identify and help both
new and seasoned swimmers overcome water-specific fears and correct technique
flaws. By eliminating these obstacles, our participants become more efficient,
comfortable and faster swimmers.
