Typical Swim and Clinic Format:
We begin with a brief orientation and condition overview. Swimmers may
choose to participate in an open water swim only around the 300-500m (1/3
mile) marked course for the duration of the session. The swim clinics will cover
the basics in open water racing, water acclimation, sighting, race strategies and
stroke techniques. Clinics will run approx 30 - 40 minutes with instruction on
land and in the water. The balance of the session may be used to swim and
practice techniques.

Typical Timetable:

General Swim 8am - 9:30am
Beginners Clinic 8:15am - 8:45am, swim follows until 9:30am.
Light breakfast follows swim.
